“I have been very hesitant to write this review as a medical diagnosis is more of a private matter and I am a private person. But it would also be a disservice to not shine an extra star on this place that has been the beacon of my transformation that even I cannot believe. I have always known I have OCD tendencies, but never really understood how much it truly affected me outside of the "quirky OCD traits" as we lovingly call them. I have had the pleasure to have interacted with all of the therapists to a certain degree and they are all great and very knowledgeable. They even developed their own material backed by research with provided tools to review on your own, keep track of progress, and extra learning material to look back on when feeling stuck, but don't have immediate access to the therapist that particular day. Much of my success has come from tenacity and my eagerness to improve, I understand that, but it is worth mentioning that it has only been possible because of the support I have received at the grove. Levi is empathetic and speaks with reason, which gave me permission so see the good in myself for once in my life. He told me from the very start that ERP was going to be very difficult and he was not wrong, but research does show that ERP is the golden standard for OCD treatment. It is fascinating when you focus on one issue, but it trickles into much more than you intended it to in the most amazing way. Dr Nead has such a way of making me feel understood, heard, and valued as a patient, which translates to feeling valued as a human being. Thank you so much, Levi, Dr. Nead, and support staff. The world needs more people like you.”

“I can't say enough good things about this practice. The experience we've had with Dr. Nead has greatly helped our family. My children relate well to him and he communicates in a way that invites them to share and feel comfortable. He has definitely heard our concerns as parents and found solutions tailor-made to our kids and the goals we have for them. All the staff are kind, personable, and make it easy to schedule and communicate with the Dr. Their online portal system is also very convenient. The only area for improvement would be the timeliness. Later in the day appointments seem to run late, though this just speaks to the time and attention the Dr gives to his clients. I cannot more heartily recommend Dr. Nead and this clinic. It has significantly improved my kids' lives and our harmony as a family.”

“We started going here for our youngest son and had such a wonderful experience we started taking our oldest. The hours are very accommodating, location is easy to find and the staff is knowledgeable and warm. My husband and I even took a parenting CPS course on how to approach problems with our children. Levi was an amazing teacher and all 4 of us couples really took a lot from it. This is a place for the whole family. It is hard to find a therapist you trust and if you are struggling please reach out to the Grove.”

“The entire staff is on point & quick to respond with care & kindness. Dr. Nicoll is wonderful. He very much cares about his patients. He's always looking for & offering the best methods or medications/supplements that are personalized for our particular needs. We can't bring our son into the office often due to his autism so we can't thank him enough for always accommodating us with virtual appointments. He has helped us SO much with providing anything we need, from specific letters/documents for certain therapies to immediate emergency refills - even over the weekend! He responds quickly to every request & gets necessary anything done the same day. Can't say enough good things about him & The staff at The Grove! Thank you!”
