What patients say on Google

“I have been getting help from both their psychologist and psychiatrist for a few years now. I’ve always been happy with my sessions including prescriptions for mood stabilizers. I had a life altering physical accident a year ago and they jumped to the challenge of helping me get through it mentally. I mean, it was bad. But now I’m actually in a good place despite me still being physically compromised.”

“My sister saw Dr. Weingand over a year ago to start ECT. At that time he prescribed her medication. Each time she ran out they wouldn’t approve it. It was a nightmare! She would have to call or the pharmacist would. She’s had the same issue for the past few days. Every time she called it say call during business hours. Finally when she got a hold of someone in the office she was told she was never a patient of Dr. Weingand. She finally called my sister back to say it was sent over but next time it needs to be prescribed through her doctor. Tell me how you can send her for ECT’S and prescribe MEDICATION if she’s not a patient!!! This office is absolutely ridiculous no wonder it has a 3.2 review!!”

“While I have had a positive experience with my provider at The Aleph Center, my interactions with the front office staff—specifically Shawna—have been consistently negative. I try to approach all healthcare interactions with understanding, especially knowing how demanding these roles can be. However, I have repeatedly encountered a condescending and dismissive tone when asking basic questions about billing, the patient portal, and general office procedures. These interactions have felt unhelpful and, at times, unnecessarily rude. Unfortunately, these ongoing experiences have reached a point where I no longer feel comfortable continuing care at this practice, despite having a good relationship with my provider. It is disappointing that administrative interactions have outweighed the quality of care I received clinically. In a mental health setting, professionalism, clear communication, and basic kindness should extend to all staff members, as these interactions directly impact patient comfort and trust. I sincerely hope the office takes this feedback seriously and considers additional training in customer service and patient communication for front office staff.”

“Drs. Goeta-Kreisler, Wiegand and Reardon are incredible physicians. They have such big hearts for their patients and apply their wealth of knowledge towards making their lives better. Their staff are also incredibly personable and respectful, truly an amazing establishment.”
