Where Arizonans can find 24/7 crisis support, official state resources and practical questions before exploring ketamine or esketamine.
Immediate support
Call or text 988 for crisis support, or call Arizona's statewide crisis line at 1-844-534-4673. For an immediate medical emergency, call 911. Our information-request forms are not emergency services and should not delay seeking help.
Arizona's statewide crisis line
AHCCCS, Arizona's Medicaid agency, lists 1-844-534-4673 as the statewide crisis hotline and states that crisis services are available to Arizona residents regardless of insurance. Crisis support is a different service from ketamine or esketamine treatment.
Regional behavioral-health plans
AHCCCS members are directed to their AHCCCS Complete Care plan or regional behavioral health authority plan to find behavioral-health services, according to the AHCCCS guide to accessing the behavioral-health system. Plan membership does not mean a particular treatment, including ketamine, is covered.
Choosing a care pathway
A licensed clinician can help assess your needs and discuss established treatments, support services and appropriate referrals. If you explore ketamine or esketamine, confirm the office's actual location, risks, administration route and follow-up plan. People in northern, western and rural Arizona may drive long distances to listed offices, so plan travel, summer heat and a responsible adult ride home. See our state resources.
